July 2025 saw 2,826 lots go through the 12 UK auction houses in our results archive, with 1,341 recorded sales (a 47.5% success rate among lots with a published outcome) and £207.9M in recorded hammer prices. On a like-for-like basis (the 10 houses we tracked in both years), activity was up 9.1% on the same month last year.
Scotland led the regions with 804 lots and a 7.1% success rate. Looking ahead, 9,731 lots are live on AuctionRadar right now, with 1,744 lots across 13 auctions carrying a confirmed date in the next month.
