How UK property auction dates work
Most UK auction houses run a sale every four to eight weeks, and each one publishes its catalogue a few weeks before the auction. That gap is your window: long enough to order legal packs, view the property and arrange finance, but short enough that good lots get missed if you only check one auctioneer's site.
