February 2025 saw 2,363 lots go through the 11 UK auction houses in our results archive, with 1,163 recorded sales (a 49.2% success rate among lots with a published outcome) and £195.3M in recorded hammer prices. On a like-for-like basis (the 10 houses we tracked in both years), activity was down 0.7% on the same month last year.
Scotland led the regions with 808 lots and a 5.4% success rate. Looking ahead, 9,731 lots are live on AuctionRadar right now, with 1,744 lots across 13 auctions carrying a confirmed date in the next month.
